Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day. During busy periods, please allow 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day.

We ship to the United Kingdom, all European Union member states, and a number of other international destinations including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the United Arab Emirates, and Israel. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us.

EU Shipping

Standard international shipping to all EU countries — £14.99 flat rate.

Rest of World Shipping

Standard international shipping to our other supported destinations — £23.99 flat rate.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order doesn't arrive within 7 working days of dispatch (UK) or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time for international orders, or arrives damaged, email support@canilabs.co.uk with your order number and, for damages, a photo. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost or faulty, send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs for damaged items) within 14 days of confirmation.
